How to Create Contact Us in your blogspot with google drive

Contact Us hem... it sounds very important for blogger users.

Why ?

Because contact us by visitors to provide comments and suggestions as well as to exchange opinions and website address. so we can develop ourselves and our website with the criticism by exchanging opinions.

Okay that was a glimpse of how important element in blogspot site map.

now we start just how to make a site map to google drive :

# First you visit here :  http://www.google.com/drive/about.html?gclid=CNvrw7SovrcCFQE44godEFgA3A

# Step 2 click create and chose form :

and now type Contact Us and click ok :

 # Step 3 in question title type name and check required question  and click done :

you can add qusetion title and question type text or paragraph text in add item until like this picture :

and click send form in upper right corner :

wait until the new dialog box will appear and click embed and copy html code in your posting contact us and chose html not compose :

paste and save.. 

okey now contact us form has been completed.

but we must did configuration for acceptance will be sent via the contact us.

follow the following steps : 

click chose respone destination :

and click new spreadshoot and create :

and click view response :

click tools and check Notification rules :

the final step check A user submits a form and Email -rigt away and save.
